Why is it so hard to find cheap car insurance if you’re a young driver?

I have been searching for cheap car insurance for weeks now and I can tell you trying to find a cheap deal has to be the worst job in the world I have compared numerous companies trying to find a cheap deal that has decent cover but as always you spend hours searching through different websites and still find nothing.

Using the internet is the best way of finding car insurance but you still have to compare lots of different companies but I would rather use the internet then have to make 20 different phone calls to various companies for most of them to turn round and give you a ridiculous price that you both know you cant afford.

I think that once I find a deal that I can afford then I will stay with that company because I don’t want to go through all this hassle again. It’s only hard to find car insurance when you’re young because you have no driving experience so almost every company will see you as the most likely person to have a accident and claim.
